My Study Adda is operated by Academy of Learning Private Limited. By accessing, browsing, registering, subscribing, making payment, or otherwise using My Study Adda, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, payment-related terms and any other policies displayed on the platform.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the platform.

1. Eligibility and User Responsibility

My Study Adda is intended for students, learners, competitive exam aspirants, parents, guardians, teachers and other users seeking educational support. By using the platform, you confirm that you are legally capable of accepting these Terms or that you are using the platform with the consent and guidance of a parent or lawful guardian where required.

If the user is a minor, the parent or guardian is responsible for supervising the use of the platform, payment decisions, account activity and compliance with these Terms.

2. Nature of Services

My Study Adda provides educational content, topic-wise learning material, chapter-wise notes, MCQ practice, explanations, exam-oriented preparation support and related learning tools. The platform may include free content, public practice questions, student-only content, premium features and paid subscription-based access.

The services are intended to support learning, revision, self-practice and exam preparation. They do not replace official textbooks, classroom teaching, professional coaching, authorised exam notifications or guidance issued by examination authorities.

3. Account Registration and Login

We do not store sensitive payment credentials such as full card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs or net-banking passwords. Payment credentials are processed by the payment gateway or relevant financial institution.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds, if any, will be governed by the refund or cancellation terms displayed on the platform or communicated at the time of purchase. While reasonable care is taken in preparing and reviewing such material, users should not treat any answer, explanation or practice question as official unless it is specifically identified as being sourced from an official authority.

If you notice an incorrect question, answer, explanation or topic mapping, you may report it through the contact page. We may review and correct the content where appropriate.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

20. Indemnity
